The factory covers 6300 square meters, with annual output over 18 million pieces and over 600 employees. We’ve passed BSCI, SEDEX audits, and hold ISO9001, OEKO-TEX Standard 100, GRS certifications.
We offer multiple logo printing methods, including heat transfer printing, screen printing, digital printing, and embroidery. Meanwhile, we have an independent sampling room and professional sample workers, allowing us to deliver samples quickly within 3 days.
The factory owns professional equipment such as high-post sewing machines, computer sewing machines, high-post sewing machines, pattern sewing machines, button attaching machines, overlock machines, square cutting machines, hot cutting machines, and shoulder strap cutting machines. It also has an independent and professional quality inspection process. The entire workshop maintains a stable daily output of up to 30,000 to 50,000 pieces.
