Our factory is located in Tangshan City, Hebei Province, a region with a century-long history in the ceramics industry. We specialize in sanitary ware ceramics, with rich experience and high-quality products that save our customers time, effort, and worry. Our factory covers an area of 600,000 square meters, with two large production buildings, 309 forming production lines, and a team of 1,000 workers and management staff.
Our products are known for their durable quality, glossy and easy-to-clean glazed surfaces, elegant design, and water-saving and energy-saving features. With an annual production capacity of about 3.5 million pieces, 90% of our products are exported worldwide to markets including the USA, Europe, Canada, Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, earning an excellent reputation and wide recognition from our customers.
Kiln Introduction: Our factory uses tunnel kilns, including one 126-meter-long, 3.2-meter-wide tunnel kiln and two 82-meter-long, 2.8-meter-wide tunnel kilns. Our tunnel kilns feature low unit energy consumption, making them energy-efficient and environmentally friendly while reducing product costs. With strong production capacity, the 3.2-meter and 2.8-meter widths create ideal conditions for large-scale production. The cross-section temperature at each stage of the kiln is evenly controlled, and the firing curve is adjustable, ensuring high product quality and allowing flexible adjustment of production according to R&D needs.
