Rizhao Fenghua Scaffoldings Co., Ltd. is located in Rizhao City, Shandong Province, which has been recommended as the most livable city in the world by the United Nations. Rizhao is named after the saying of 'the sun shines first at sunrise', There are seaport, airport, high-speed rail, and extremely convenient transportation in the city. It takes about 90 minutes by airplane from Beijing or Shanghai to Rizhao, and 20 minutes by car from Rizhao Airport to our factory.

Established in 1953, we are a professional manufacturer and supplier of scaffoldings and formworks equipment from parts to full assemblies. It’s a high-tech enterprise recommended by the Shandong Provincial Government. Our factory covers an area of 80000 square meters, with a building factory area of 40000 square meters and 260 employees. We have over ten production workshops for cold bending, punching, welding, steel casting, electrostatic spraying, and forging. We currently have 4 cold bending forming equipment, 12 welding robots, 6 automatic welding assembly lines, 1 formwork profile forming assembly line, and 5 semi-automatic forging assembly lines. The production workshop has achieved automation or semi automation. The current sales are over 1200 containers.

Our company's focused products are construction temporary works equipment including formworks and scaffolding parts and assembly. We can produce 10 types of formworks, including aluminum alloy formworks, steel heavy-duty, light-duty, Multi-formworks, Column formwork, and adjustable shoring prop, with more than 80 specifications. Steel heavy-duty formworks can be used in compatible with PERI TRIO, HUNNEBEACK RASTO, DOKA FRAMI, TOPEC HARSCO products. The construction scaffolding series includes five major series: Ringlock, Cuplock, Kwistage, HK and Frame, as well as various types of scaffolding plank, toe board, couplers, accessories, tools, etc. that are used in conjunction with scaffolding, with over a thousand varieties and specifications. Our Ringlock scaffolding can be used in compatible with the LAYHER products. Our company's products are all for export, and currently sell to 126 countries and regions including Asia, Europe, America, Oceania, Africa, etc.

Our company has a mechanical test laboratory and a chemistry test laboratory, which can investigate and test the purchased raw materials and products in the production process in a timely manner. The product quality is strictly controlled in accordance with the ISO9001 quality management system. The welding of the product is completely controlled in accordance with the European standard EN1090 and has obtained the European standard certificate. The acceptance criteria for the product are in accordance with international standards BS1139 and EN74, and have obtained 22 relevant certificates such as EN 1065, EN74, CE, etc. Our production is with stable quality, timely delivery, and can undertake processing based on client’s design drawings and samples.
