1. Who We Are
Apex Power Systems is an international trading and supply-partner company specialising in power transformers, box-type substations, and complete substation solutions. We are not a factory — we are the independent bridge between overseas utility, EPC, and industrial customers and a curated network of verified Chinese manufacturers.

Our business is factory selection, factory auditing, and end-to-end delivery management. When a customer needs a 500 kVA box substation or a 250 MVA / 345 kV power transformer, we do the work that a factory alone cannot do objectively: we shortlist the right manufacturer, audit their capabilities and quality system, negotiate, and then supervise design, production, testing, shipment, and on-site commissioning to make sure the customer receives exactly what was contracted.

Because we serve the customer's interest — not a factory's production plan — we can compare, challenge, and hold manufacturers accountable in a way a single vendor cannot.

2. Why Work With A Trading Partner Instead of Directly With a Factory
Impartial supplier selection. A factory can only sell you what it makes. Apex can evaluate several factories, comparison-test them against your specification, and recommend the one that genuinely fits your project — technically and commercially.

Factory audit & due diligence. Before we commit, we audit the shortlisted plants: production capability, test laboratory equipment, quality-management certifications, export record, and financial standing. You receive a verified partner, not a self-description.

Compliance & certification gatekeeping. We verify the manufacturer's certifications are current and in the correct entity name, covering the exact product family you are buying — ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001, IEC, UL, CSA, and independent third-party type tests such as KEMA.

One accountable point of contact. Design, manufacturing, FAT/FAT witness testing, third-party inspection, packing, freight (e.g. FOB Shanghai, Incoterms 2020), documents, and site supervision are managed by one team. You are never left coordinating multiple vendors.

Risk transfer & contractual protection. We put engineering and production review, supervision, and warranty obligations into the contract. Our past projects include factory acceptance, performance guarantees, and on-site commissioning support.

Language, culture & logistics fluency. We eliminate the communication distance between your engineers and the plant. Submittals, drawings (e.g. AutoCAD), factory test reports, and operating manuals are delivered in the format your utility or EPC requires.

Cost and lead-time insight. Because we benchmark multiple plants, we can advise how to meet your specification at a realistic price without over-specifying or sacrificing reliability.
