Low Dew Point ADH Series Heated Desiccant Dryer ≤-40℃
URL: /adh-micro-heat-40c
The ADH Series heated desiccant dryer combines the advantages of heated and heatless regeneration. It heats purge air to regenerate desiccant, achieving better regeneration performance with lower purge-air consumption. This model guarantees a pressure dew point of ≤-40℃, suitable for demanding industrial applications. With microcomputer control and LCD/LED display, it provides stable operation and energy savings.
Key Selling Points
Low Regeneration Air Loss ≤6%: Heated regeneration reduces purge air consumption, cutting operating costs.
Stable Dew Point ≤-40℃: Consistent output ensures an uninterrupted supply of dry air for critical processes.
Microcomputer Control with LCD/LED: Real-time display of operating status; multiple fault diagnosis, alarm, and automatic processing functions.
Non-contact Solid State Switch: Heating control with small temperature overshoot and long service life.
Auto-conversion to Heatless Mode: If micro-heat operation fails, it automatically converts to no-heat mode (national patent technology), ensuring continuous operation.
Online Parameter Modification: With protection functions and optional RS485/RS232 communication for joint control.
