The ZAKS-9595 is a fully automatic pulp molding cup lid production line designed for high-volume manufacturing of round plant-fiber lids. It combines forming, hot pressing, servo trimming, multi-camera vision inspection, automatic rejection and packaging into a single integrated system. The machine supports cup lid sizes of Ø80 mm and Ø90 mm, and delivers precise trimming with a cycle time of 10 seconds per mold.

The machine requires AC 380 V / 50 Hz power, compressed air at 0.5–0.6 MPa, vacuum at -0.07 to -0.05 MPa, high-pressure mold-cleaning water at 1.2 MPa, and cooling water at 80–100 L/min.
