The ZCE-1111 is offered with standard configuration. Options can be customized for specific product requirements, such as different mold designs, automation levels (e.g., vision inspection, automatic packing), and integration with upstream pulping systems.
Frame-type structure facilitates installation, disassembly and international transport.
Designed for production of biodegradable tableware and foodservice packaging, including paper plates, food containers, bowls and food trays. Suitable for pulp molding tableware manufacturing, molded fiber tableware production, and foodservice packaging manufacturing.
Hanson can customize the equipment for specific raw materials (e.g., bagasse, bamboo fiber, bio-based fibers) and product shapes. Options include slurry compatibility optimization, low-energy process design, and integration with downstream automation.
For a state-owned molded fiber tableware and industrial packaging manufacturer in China, Hanson delivered 32 customized core production machines for a 40,000-ton-per-year expansion project. After installation and commissioning, the client's annual production capacity increased from approximately 6,000 tons to 16,000 tons, enabling them to serve international customers and accept large-volume orders.
The production capacity is 600–900 kg per 24 hours, depending on the product type and forming cycle (28–60 seconds per mold).
Only six molds are required for the ZCE-1111, reducing mold investment and replacement costs.
Yes, Hanson can customize the equipment for various pulp materials, including bagasse and bamboo fiber, through slurry compatibility optimization and process adjustments.
The maximum product height is 80 mm, with a maximum product weight of 550 g per mold.
No, the integrated compact structure reduces floor-space requirements compared to separate machines, making it ideal for limited-space workshops.
The machine requires AC 380 V / 50 Hz electricity, compressed air at 0.5–0.7 MPa, vacuum at -0.06 to -0.05 MPa, and high-pressure mold-cleaning water at 1.2 MPa.
Yes, Hanson offers pre-shipment inspection and FAT. Customers can participate on-site or review test results remotely via video and documents. Payment terms include 30% deposit, 60% before shipment, and 10% after final acceptance.
