From September 21 to 24, 2026, Jiangsu HONTA Machinery Co., Ltd. welcomed global visitors to the 12th wire China exhibition at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Our 285-square-meter booth became a meeting point for cable manufacturers from the United States, Mexico, Russia, Turkey, Armenia, Portugal, Spain, and many other regions.
For HONTA, wire China 2026 was more than an exhibition. It was an opportunity to demonstrate how nearly two decades of focused R&D have translated into complete, high-performance conductor production lines.

Our Copper Rod Breakdown Machines and Aluminium Rod Breakdown Machines are engineered for precise first-stage processing. The Rod Breakdown Machine with Individual Motors takes this further: each drawing capstan is driven by its own dedicated servo motor, enabling independent speed and tension control for every wire. This design improves surface quality, maintains tight diameter tolerances, and reduces mechanical stress on the wire.

The Individual Motors Multiwire Drawing Machine is a standout solution. By giving each capstan its own motor, it allows independent speed and tension control across all wires running simultaneously. Our Inline Annealer Machines integrate directly with rod breakdown and multiwire drawing lines, delivering continuous softening with consistent material properties. For final conductor formation, our High-Speed Double Twist Bunching Machines and Rigid Frame Stranding Machines provide reliable performance at production speeds.
