Bearing Steel Grit is produced from GCr15 high-carbon chromium bearing steel via forging and crushing, free of casting defects. Sharp angular particles deliver strong cutting force to rapidly remove rust, mill scale and old coatings. Compact & uniform metallographic structure grants excellent impact and fracture resistance, with much lower wear rate than cast steel grit and multiple recycling cycles. It creates stable uniform anchor profile on workpiece, greatly enhancing adhesion of paint and anti-corrosion coatings. Low dust emission improves workshop conditions. Available in GP/GL/GH hardness grades and full G10-G120 sizes. Widely used for heavy steel structure, ship PSPC coating, casting descaling, granite gang saw cutting. Samples, custom packaging and bulk supply are available.
