Stainless steel shot is made from stainless steel raw materials and is atomized into spherical particles through water atomization, or alternatively, it can be cut into shape using stainless steel wire. It does not contain iron components, so after shot blasting, no iron elements will remain on the surface of aluminum alloy, stainless steel, and titanium alloy workpieces, preventing the workpieces from yellowing and rusting in the later stages. It has good toughness, low breakage rate, and minimal dust generation, and can be recycled multiple times. The particles are spherical, with gentle impact, so they won't scratch precision components, and the surface finish of the workpiece after treatment is high.
