The 24DW is the standard configuration of this fine wire drawing machine, supplied with screw pressing type bobbin loading and unloading plus a cart, and 110W synchronizing motor traversing up to 270 mm width. Working spools are Ø300 mm and are made according to customer requirements. Dies are not included: 24 dies of Ø25 mm×8 are provided by the customer. The lubricant circuit is quoted without pump water and tank, so a 40L/MIN supply must be planned on site. Model 24DW is listed inside the certified scope of CE certificate CE-JL26020401-AL-MD.

Materials and Structure

The machine is built on a cast frame in steel. Power is transmitted by flat belts, and the horizontally arranged capstans are coated by ceramic. A stainless steel plate protects the drawing area, while the transmission area is covered by a grille and the spooling area uses a sealed cover with 3 inspection windows. A 10KG electromagnetic brake acts on the machine, and bobbin loading and unloading use a screw pressing type system with a cart.
