Feature

This machine is designed by absorption of international advanced high speed multi-head copper wire drawing machine. It can draw 2 pcs of copper wires at the same time, which means higher efficiency, lower production cost and high economic benefits. Main machine is casted steel box and uses NSK or NTN bearings and Transmission of high precision and hard gear(gear surface has been produced by German gear grinding machine). It has two shafts, high shaft and low shaft (two shafts could add machine output torque). Stainless steel double layers sealing cover is used at drawing oil tank. Artistic appearance, advanced structure, low noise running, high production efficiency and high economic benefit. Drawing capstan is made of carbon fiber material, good abrasive resistance and longer using life. Immersing cooling system in drawing part could guarantee best cooling and lubricating effect of drawing dies and copper wires. It could extend the using life of drawing dies and capstans. There is set at separation between capstan box and gear box in case of mix and permeation of lubrication oil and gear oil. Multi layers sealing is used at design and assembling to in case of permeation. It uses pneumatic shaft type take-up machine. Upper and down, fasten and loosen, pneumatic control. It has function of preventing fall-back when fasten bobbin. The traversing width is adjusted at motor-driven type. Its operation is very convenient and could reduce workers’ working strength. The machine is controlled by PLC + Human machine interface, INOVANCE inverter adjust speed. The speed could be adjusted synchronously. It also has functions of automatic stop when get to set length, break and fault.
