Models and Options

Completely custom: outside diameter, module/diametral pitch, tooth count, face width, bore, bolt hole pattern (number, size, PCD), material, heat treatment, surface treatment, and inspection level are all defined by your drawing. Prototype and small-batch orders accepted.

Materials and Structure

Available in a range of alloy and forged steels including 42CrMo, 20MnCr5, 18CrNiMo7-6. Heat treatment tailored to application: carburizing for surface hardness, nitriding for wear resistance, induction hardening for localized strength. Internal teeth profile is involute with 20° pressure angle as standard. Bolt holes are drilled and tapped according to your specification.
