The sequence below converts a certificate check into a project-specific qualification decision. It can be run in a single supplier review meeting.
Step 1 — Read the scope statement against your own part. Write down, in one sentence, what manufacturing activity your order requires. Then check that the certificate scope sentence contains that activity.
