Materials and Structure
Casting is carried out on two DISA lines imported from Denmark: a DISA MATCH32/32 horizontal automatic molding line and a DISA 131B vertical automatic molding line. Annual casting capacity is 35,000 tons across ductile iron and gray iron, with machining capacity of 5 million pieces per year, three paint lines and one assembly line. The plant covers 66,770 m² with 200 employees and an engineering team of 3 engineers, so casting, machining, painting and final assembly are handled as one continuous flow from a single supplier.
