This valve is available in various sizes and pressure ratings. Optional extended spindles for underground operation and electric/pneumatic actuators for remote control.
The valve body and bonnet are made of ductile iron with fusion bonded epoxy coating (FBE) ≥250μm for corrosion protection. The wedge is fully encapsulated in EPDM for tight sealing. The NRS design reduces height.
A water utility company in Colombia used 30 units of this valve for city potable water supply. The extended stem design facilitated ground-level operation for deeply buried pipelines, resulting in low maintenance costs.
The valve is suitable for temperatures from -10°C to +70°C, depending on the sealing material.
Yes, the EPDM sealing is suitable for potable water applications.
Typical lead time is 30-45 days after deposit, subject to order quantity.
Yes, we offer FBE coating ≥250μm as standard, other coatings on request.
Yes, we can supply valves with electric or pneumatic actuators.
MOQ is generally 10 units, but smaller quantities are possible for samples.
