Equipped with a gusseting mechanism—utilizing a rotary disc and metal plate to control the bottom gusset dimensions—which significantly expands the bag's internal volume and capacity. The handle attachment section employs ultrasonic welding technology to ensure superior handle durability. An optical sensor positioning system ensures precise cutting for printed bags. Uses 15kHz ultrasonic sealing for enhanced load-bearing strength; an independent computer control console enables intelligent operation, providing a clear overview of key data such as production speed and batch information. Once formed, the finished bags are neatly stacked on the discharge table, ready for subsequent packaging and shipment.
