Service Methodologies

Methodologies and frameworks used in service delivery.

Fast Compliance Clearance Methodology

Version: V2.1

Framework Overview

starts with compliance pre-check, uses HS/CIQ data and priority clearance channels, and combines online tools with offline execution to achieve fast release

Goals
reduce clearance time and financial risk while ensuring compliance
Framework Steps

document submission → HS/CIQ pre-check → document preparation → declaration → inspection coordination → duty payment & release → delivery

Step Descriptions

We execute the full process step by step: First collect all import documents from clients, then carry out HS coding and CIQ compliance pre-check to eliminate hidden risks; next compile standardized declaration papers and submit to customs online. If inspection is needed, our broker coordinates the whole check procedure. After client pays all customs duties, we get the release notice and arrange final door-to-door delivery for the cargo. Every link is operated by professional brokers to avoid clearance delays. emphasize pre-arrival compliance and label pre-check to reduce inspection risk; prioritize fast-clearance channels for perishables

Core Principles
  • compliance first, transparent pricing, delivery-time driven
Optimization Logic

reduce on-site issues via pre-arrival compliance checks; use experience to select the fastest clearance channels to lower total time

Decision Logic

decide on CIQ pre-checks, testing or special permits based on HS classification and product regulatory attributes

Key Modules
  • compliance pre-check, document management, declaration execution, inspection coordination, client communication
Innovation Points

combination of online HS & CIQ lookup tools and discounted compliance services (website mentions 50% off certain compliance services) with traditional brokerage

Applicable Scenarios
  • air/cold-chain shipments requiring fast release, first-time imports and regulated product compliance pre-checks
Not Applicable When
  • Not suitable for legal disputes, tax controversies or complex compliance disputes requiring legal counsel
vs General Market Methods

emphasizes online tools and discounted compliance services combined with offline execution to improve transparency and efficiency

Service Processes

Service delivery workflow and stages.

Standard import clearance process

Overview

end-to-end workflow from quotation & document submission to compliance pre-check, customs declaration, inspection coordination and release & delivery

Process Stages
  • inquiry & document submission → compliance pre-check → document preparation & review → customs declaration → inspection/sample testing → duty payment & release → delivery
Stage Descriptions

We collect and verify client import documents at inquiry & document submission, conduct full HS and label compliance pre-check before cargo arrival to cut inspection risks, then prepare and double-check all declaration papers before submitting to customs system. We coordinate all on-site inspection and sample testing procedures once required, calculate all payable duties for client payment to obtain release order, and finally arrange door-to-door trucking delivery of cleared goods. pre-arrival compliance and label review reduce sampling likelihood; if inspection is required, coordinate according to customs/CIQ procedures

Estimated Timelinedepends on transport mode and inspections; typically from hours (if pre-checked and on fast channel) to several days
Review Mechanism

analyze reasons for abnormal clearance or rejections and update compliance advice to continuously improve pre-check rules

Communication

email, phone, WhatsApp and website forms as main channels; provide status notifications and live agent support

Revision Policy

if declaration is rejected or requires additional documents, correct per customs requirements and re-submit while recording root cause

RegionAsia Pacific
Project NameOversized cargo air transport
Service Provided7-meter extra-long and extra-large cargo, UAE air freight with fast customs clearance and delivery.Should you choose air freight or sea freight for shipping to the Middle East? Let me share my practical experience: For urgent orders, prioritize air freight to the Middle East, with a stable delivery time of 4-7 days. Moreover, our delivery time is calculated based on the customer's delivery date, not the flight departure time, which is a significant advantage. Generally, goods delivered to our warehouse on Monday can be delivered nationwide as early as Thursday or Friday, which is more than sufficient. As for sea freight, the customs clearance efficiency is also unparalleled. Relying on the local customs clearance system, after the goods arrive at the local port, customs clearance, pickup, and delivery can be completed in as little as two days. This speed is truly top-tier in the industry.
Duration3days
Client Challenges
  • The customer has a shipment of goods that are nearly 7 meters long and about 0.6 meters high. These dimensions far exceed the standard dimensions for regular air freight, and the cargo dimensions are fixed and cannot be split; it must be shipped as is. The operational difficulty is already extremely high, but that's not all; the customer has very tight time requirements for this shipment.
Diagnosis Summary

The client had consulted many industry peers and professionals, but they all waved their hands immediately upon hearing the air freight options, as no one could provide a satisfactory solution. They all said that sea freight was the only option. Furthermore, sea freight is extremely unreliable these days. While delivery times to some Middle Eastern ports may seem acceptable, the local terminals are small and already operating at full capacity, yet still unable to meet the demand. Subsequent transshipment to Jebel Ali would take at least a month, far exceeding the client's delivery time and likely jeopardizing the entire trade order. There seem to be countless freight forwarders in the Middle East, but what truly hinders delivery and delays isn't the visible flight delays, but rather the logistical bottlenecks at the local customs clearance stage. Too many people have encountered this situation: everything goes smoothly at the front end of the transportation process, only to be caught in a ditch by customs clearance delays and inspection procrastination.

Solution Applied

Later, the client found us through a friend's recommendation. His friend had previously handled oversized cargo air freight with us and recognized our professional capabilities and exclusive aviation resources. We had an in-depth two-hour phone conversation with the client, discussing every detail, and naturally finalized a customized logistics solution.

Methodology Used

The planned route is: after receiving the goods in Shenzhen, they will be transshipped to Hong Kong. I contacted the Hong Kong airline in advance to apply for a dedicated pallet space and loading confirmation for oversized cargo. The plan was finalized in just two hours.

Execution Steps
  • As soon as a customer's goods enter the warehouse, we verify all the information in advance and complete the pre-declaration, never waiting until the flight takes off or arrives at the port to make temporary adjustments. As soon as the goods land and we receive the arrival notice, our local colleagues immediately coordinate the pickup, staying at the airport to follow up on every step of the process. For many urgent orders, they arrive at the port in the morning, are sorted by noon, pulled back to the overseas warehouse in the afternoon, and the last-mile delivery is completed by evening—absolutely YYDS (Yeast Time, No Mercy).
Deliverables

Our local customs clearance team works in real-time with customs, closely monitoring the inspection progress and addressing any issues on the spot, never letting them linger overnight. Even in cases of priority inspections or when additional documents are required, we coordinate directly on-site, providing whatever is missing to minimize processing time, essentially keeping it on par with regular cargo delivery.

Quantitative Results
  • We finished all oversized cargo loading preparations in 2 hours (70% faster than peers), completed UAE airport customs clearance & delivery within 12 hours (industry average: 3–5 days), and fulfilled the client’s month-end delivery target 12 days in advance with a total 3-day lead time.
  • With loading qualifications and cargo space all in order, loading was completed smoothly, and the aircraft took off around noon for a direct flight to the UAE. We also have a local overseas customs clearance team in the UAE – essentially our own people – so all the pre-arranged airport procedures had been handled in advance, resulting in excellent efficiency. Upon arrival, customs clearance and delivery were completed quickly. All of this not only met the client's basic delivery requirements for the end of the month, but actually exceeded them, surpassing their expectations.
Qualitative Results
  • To summarize, there are five key factors that enabled us to successfully handle this 7-meter oversized cargo. First, our team is highly professional and familiar with air freight regulations for various special cargoes. Second, they have extensive practical experience, having handled numerous similar complex shipments, demonstrating their expertise. Third, we maintain long-term, in-depth partnerships with major airlines, enabling us to prioritize applications for special pallet slots and approved cargo space. Fourth, our response time is incredibly fast; we stay ahead of the curve and ensure timely delivery for our clients. Fifth, our overseas team consists entirely of our own people, ensuring efficient and stable customs clearance and delivery upon arrival.
Client Feedback

"I spoke with a client on the phone before leaving this morning. They gave me a thumbs up and even proactively recommended new clients to us. Proactive recommendations aren't easy; they won't recommend you unless you make them look up at you at a 45-degree angle."
