XJ150 type workover rig without guy line is truck-mounted workover equipment, it adopts second-class chassis as installation base, onwhich installwith the frame,take off power device, hydraulic torque converter, the drawworks and the brake system, angle gearbox, two-section telescopic mas, the side turnover prevention assembly, traveling system and the weight indicating device and pneumatic andelectric system of diller control etc. Since itis not necessary to install external wind-load guylines, operating efficiency is grealy improvedand reduce the operation cost and labor intensity, reduce the well site installation area.

 

Feature：

1.Adapted to the narrow area of well site operation, reduce the whole set floor area;

2.All Guy line are fixed on the workover rig to save the cost and labor;

3.Being equipped with electronic alarm device of anti-inclination and have the anti-turnoverpre-warning function, which improves the safety of the workover operation.
