ZJ40/2250J rigis block substructure with K type mast, adopts 3 sets of PZ12V190B diesel engines to drive all devices. Main Drawworksand compounding transmission set are placed on 1m high rear substructure, and the rotary table is placed on 6m high drill floor.Belt compounding transmission device drives Drawworks by chain, drive to rotary table through dynamic bevel gear box and cardan shaft.Belt compounding transmission device drives mud pump by belt. The rig is the best alternative product of Daqing 130 rig.

 

Feature

1.Substructure adopts the modular mode, and blocks connect with each other by pins, which can realize to move quickly.

2.Mast is front open-face,"K"type mast. The five sections of mast is tower-type integral structure,can installwith the crown block totransport together. The supporting leg is located at base of substructure. stability is g0od,It is raised and laid down by Drawworks power asa whole.

3.Transfer power though the bevel angle gearbox and the cardan shalf, and the rotary table power is from the cathead winchs chain boxand cardan shaf,the structure is simple and easy to install. Drawworks is divided, the main of which is placed under drill floor,it adoptssealing structure, chain is force-feed lubrication, pneumatic tyre gear change and drum grooving.
