ZJ40 / 2250LDB Rig

ZJ40/2250LDB rig adopts 3 diesel engines coupling units are compounded by compounding transmision case to drive Drawworks and mudpumps, and it has standby interfaces (auto-air compressor and energy-saving generator.) The main brake of Drawworks adopts hydraulicdisc brake. the auilliary brake is electromagnetic brake. Rotary table is independent driven. AC variable frequency speed regulating motordrives rotary table to drill well operation through one two-shift transmission box and cardan shaft.

Feature：

1.Substructure adopts the modular mode, and blocks connect with each other by pins, which can reaize to move quickly

2.Mast is front open-face,"K"Iype mast. The five sections of mast is tower-type integral structure, can installwith the crown block to movetogether. The supporting leg is located at base of substructure. stability is good, It is raised and laid down by Drawworks as a whole.

3. The rig is equipped with frequency conversion (VF D) and MCC system. Frequency conversion (VF D) is used to control AC frequencyconversion motor and the automatic bit feeding motors of rotary table; MCC is used to control other devices
