Founded in 1999 and based in Huzhou, Zhejiang — a core textile hub within the Yangtze River Delta — Huzhou Beiheng Textile Co., Ltd. is a large integrated original manufacturer of ribbons, integrating R&D, weaving, dyeing, finishing, custom production and sales.
We specialize in premium ribbons, recycled polyester ribbons, BCI Better Cotton ribbons, biodegradable eco-friendly ribbons, printed tapes and handmade finished bows. We deliver one-stop ribbon packaging solutions for luxury brands, high-end cosmetics, maternity & baby products, cultural and creative industries, and cross-border e-commerce sellers.
Our modern manufacturing facility covers a total construction area of 53,000 sq.m., equipped with 700 high-speed Swiss Müller looms and 23 complete dyeing & finishing production lines, alongside an in-house professional testing laboratory. We achieve a daily output of 3 million meters and a monthly capacity of 90 million meters. Lead time for a full 20GP container order is 30–40 days, enabling us to undertake large-volume custom orders from domestic and global clients.
We hold 23 textile-related patents and are fitted with a full suite of testing instruments: computer color matching systems, color fastness testers, heavy metal analyzers and biodegradability testing equipment. Full inspection is implemented throughout incoming material, production and finished goods stages, with product performance variation controlled within ±3% per batch.

Custom services cover full widths from 0.3 cm to 10 cm, Pantone color matching, LOGO printing, hot stamping, jacquard weaving, overlocking and heat-sealed edge finishing.
We maintain complete export compliance certifications: GRS, BCI, OEKO‑TEX® Standard 100, FSC and BSCI. We can provide TC transaction certificates and third-party SGS test reports to meet market access requirements for the EU, the US and other overseas regions.
Beiheng Ribbon accepts custom orders based on customer samples or artwork, with custom prototypes available within 7 days. We supply full technical documentation, certified copies and customs clearance documents. Our ERP system enables full traceability across raw material, production and delivery workflows.
