Adopts high-molecular polymer emulsifier formula to realize rapid curing reaction. The hydrophobic structure firmly combines with fiber after cylinder drying, finished paper gains reliable water-proof performance immediately, which greatly shortens the finished product turnover cycle and warehouse occupation cost, solving the defect of slow curing of ordinary AKD emulsion. Form stable covalent bonding on fiber surface to build permanent waterproof barrier. It can continuously block moisture infiltration under high humidity storage and ocean transportation conditions, prevent paper strength attenuation, deformation and carton collapse caused by moisture absorption. Outstanding emulsion anti-aging stability, maintain uniform liquid state during long-distance transportation and normal-temperature storage, will not layer or break emulsion under seasonal temperature change, ensure stable feeding effect of automatic dosing system all year round. Matches neutral and alkaline papermaking production lines perfectly, abandon alum acid sizing system, decrease corrosion damage to drying cylinder, forming wire and metal pipeline, extend service life of paper machine equipment. Cationic molecular structure has excellent compatibility with conventional wet-end chemicals like retention agent, defoamer and bentonite, no abnormal flocculation, white water deterioration or sticky deposition on paper machine clothing. Liquid finished product supports direct continuous addition into pulp pipeline by metering pump, simple operation flow, no manual dilution and stirring steps, lower labor operation intensity on site. Wide raw material adaptability, works well for wood pulp, chemical pulp, mechanical pulp and blended pulp, cover cultural printing paper, copy paper, box board, craft paper and molded pulp products with waterproof demand. Improve paper surface compactness and smoothness after sizing, restrain paper fuzzing and picking during high-speed offset printing, avoid ink penetration and blurry printing patterns to upgrade finished paper grade.
