Qingzhou Jinhao owns standardized automated production lines for liquid and solid papermaking chemicals, ensuring consistent batch quality for bulk orders with an MOQ of 1MT. Our professional field technical team conducts on-site machine debugging for paper mills, precisely optimizing core paper indicators including Cobb water absorption value, ring crush strength, bursting strength, paper brightness, fiber retention rate and overall paper machine runnability. Our additives are widely applicable to kraft linerboard, corrugated medium paper, printing and writing paper, household tissue paper and food-grade cardboard. Strict unified quality control standards are implemented for all exported goods to guarantee stable long-term supply for contracted paper mill customers. The newly built central R&D laboratory will further strengthen raw material inspection, finished product testing and personalized formula customization capability.
Full Papermaking Chemical Product Line
Sizing series includes AKD neutral sizing emulsion, JH-611 and JH-325 anionic styrene-acrylic surface sizing agent, rosin sizing agent and anti-humidity sizing auxiliary to solve corrugated carton damp collapse issues. Paper strength additives consist of JH-1216 dry strength agent and JH-1201 PAE wet strength agent, suitable for tissue paper and pulp molding products. Optical brightener series features liquid OBA optical brightening agent for paper wet-end whitening and coating surface brightening. Paper machine process auxiliaries cover high temperature and alkali resistant defoamer, dryer release agent, pitch and stickies control enzyme, industrial biocide, deodorant and sludge recycling encapsulant. Special functional coating products include water vapor barrier coating and food-grade waterproof coating for direct food-contact packaging paper.
