JHDA dry strength agent serves as a high-performance alternative to dry strength products from Kemira, BASF and other international leading brands, delivering remarkable strength improvement at the same dosage by lifting ring crush, burst, tensile and folding resistance of recycled linerboard, corrugated paper and kraft paper to eliminate carton collapse and edge breakage during production and logistics; it raises fiber retention rate by 8%–15% to cut fine fiber loss, greatly decreases starch consumption for strength reinforcement and slashes overall wet-end chemical cost per ton of paper by 10%–18%. Featuring excellent compatibility with AKD sizing agent, OBA optical brightener, defoamer and other wet-end chemicals, our dry strength agent will not damage sizing performance or paper brightness, meanwhile lowering pitch and stickies accumulation on forming wires, press felts and dryers to extend fabric service life by 20%–30% and reduce machine cleaning frequency and unexpected shutdown losses. It optimizes pulp dewatering capacity to lower post-wet-end paper moisture by 3%–5%, cutting drying steam consumption by 5%–10% for obvious energy cost reduction.
