About TIGERKING SECURITY SAFE
Founded in 2000 and located in Daxie Development Zone, Ningbo, Zhejiang, China, Ningbo Tigerking Safe Co., Ltd. is a professional safe manufacturer integrating R&D, production and sales. With 200–300 employees and annual revenue of approximately USD 20–30 million, our products are exported to global markets including North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and South America.
Manufacturing Strength
We operate a modern manufacturing base of over 38,000 square meters with an annual capacity of 240,000 units, covering fire-resistant safes, burglary safes, gun safes and commercial safes. Equipped with laser cutting machines, automatic bending robots, an automatic powder coating line and automatic assembly lines, we run 5 welding lines, 3 spraying lines and 3 assembly lines. With 60% in-house vertical integration and fully in-house tooling and die development, we maintain complete R&D and manufacturing capability.
Certifications & Honors
Our company is certified to ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management). Our products carry ETL fire-resistance certification, UL lock certification and CSP burglary-resistance certification (Class A10, A15 and A30), with fire ratings available from 20 minutes up to 2 hours and beyond. We also have compliance experience for the U.S. market (UL locks, etc.). We maintain long-term cooperation with third-party inspection institutions such as SGS and Intertek for certification testing and pre-shipment inspection.
R&D & Customization
Our in-house engineering team of 10–15 professionals covers structural design, mold design, electronic R&D and testing. We support the full new-product development cycle — from concept design, drawing creation, mold development, sampling and testing to mass production. With years of experience in overseas OEM/ODM projects, we can fully produce to customer drawings, technical specifications and standards, with a prototyping lead time of 20–30 days and full support for customized appearance, structure and function.
Quality Control
e have established a full-process quality control system covering incoming, in-line and final inspection. Raw materials such as steel, fire-resistant materials and locks are inspected by batch sampling or full inspection; in-line IPQC patrol inspection is carried out with inspection nodes at each process (welding, spraying, assembly), and non-conforming products are isolated in time. Finished products undergo full FQC inspection of appearance, dimensions, fire and burglary resistance, lock function and sealing, and are shipped only with a qualification certificate.
