The permanent magnet synchronous motor axial flow pump represents the application of advanced permanent magnet synchronous motor technology in pumping systems. Its characteristics include: high efficiency, light weight, and small size (only one-quarter the weight of conventional axial flow pumps), along with large flow capacity and portability. The pump speed is infinitely adjustable, allowing for adjustable lift height and variable flow rates. Another distinctive feature of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is that its speed does not vary with fluctuations in grid voltage — even when voltage drops, it maintains stable head and flow performance, a capability that traditional asynchronous motor axial flow pumps cannot achieve.
The pump impeller is manufactured through precision stainless steel casting, and the pump shaft is also made of stainless steel. The motor housing and pump body are available in both aluminum alloy and stainless steel options. The cable outlet is protected with a rubber sheath plus stainless steel spring guard, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
The control cabinet for the permanent magnet synchronous motor pump features either panel display or touch screen display, with a built-in frequency inverter. It provides real-time display of frequency, voltage, current, and rotational speed. Through 3G and 4G mobile networks, remote control via computer and mobile phone APP is achievable, enabling remote data transmission, remote start/stop control, and remote adjustment of pump operating speed.
The system supports time-segmented operation and features comprehensive protection including overheat, overcurrent, overload, overvoltage, and phase failure automatic protection. When water is completely drained, the pump will automatically shut down within half a minute and enter standby mode, ensuring the coil never burns out. The control cabinet is available in single-unit or dual-unit (one-drives-two) configurations, with protection ratings of IP44 or IP54. The three-phase four-wire system comes with waterproof plugs and sockets, making operation convenient, safe, reliable, and worry-free.
Our company offers various export specifications including 6-inch, 8-inch, 10-inch, and 12-inch large-flow flood control axial flow pumps with flow rates ranging from 300 to 1,200 cubic meters per hour. We also provide high-lift flood control pumps for subway applications with lifts of 20-50 meters (special specifications can reach over 100 meters), with power ranging from 3KW to 200KW for various mobile irrigation and flood control applications. Additionally, we offer dual-purpose pumps that can achieve both low-lift high-flow and high-lift operation through simple replacement of the impeller and pump body. These pumps can also be used for fixed drainage applications such as bridge culvert drainage and basement parking lot drainage, featuring automatic operation — when water reaches a set level, the system automatically starts; when the water level drops to the pump intake line, it automatically enters standby or shuts down.
