Homeway Elevator, officially established in February 2019, is a professional high-end manufacturer specialized in the research, development, customized production and after-sales service of residential and villa elevators.
The company owns a modern 13,000 square meters manufacturing factory and a 1,500 square meters professional experience showroom, equipped with more than 13 full-functional demo elevators for real-scene experience and display. Adhering to the philosophy of integrating strict national special equipment safety standards with modern home aesthetic design, Homeway focuses on safety, comfort and space-saving performance of private elevators.
Supported by university joint R&D platforms, Homeway has independent core manufacturing technology and realizes over 90% self-production rate of key components. The main product series cover 3000-series traction platform home elevators, 8000-series rounded panoramic elevators and 9000-series 360° full-round sightseeing elevators, which perfectly adapt to various small-shaft, low-headroom and low-pit villa installation environments.
In domestic business, Homeway has built a complete service network with 87 showrooms covering 131 cities across China, providing one-stop services including on-site survey, customized design, professional installation and 24-hour after-sales maintenance.
In overseas markets, Homeway holds valid EU CE certification. About 20%–30% of the total output is exported to global markets including Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Australia, New Zealand and European countries through authorized local distributors.
With stable customized production capacity, the annual actual delivery volume reaches 400–600 units, and the maximum full-load annual production capacity can reach 800–1000 units.
