Leveraging our technical expertise in high-purity chemicals, we have developed a three-pillar growth strategy: "technology-driven development, production capacity synergy, and application expansion." Through collaborative innovation in fluorination processes, we have achieved breakthroughs in key applications such as boron carbide control rods for nuclear power and sputtering targets for the semiconductor industry. We have established a flexible manufacturing system—via OEM partnerships—capable of producing 100 tons of high-abundance Boron-10 acid (60–99% enrichment) annually. Furthermore, we have extensively developed the industrial chain for boron trifluoride (BF3) and its complexes, creating a synergistic "boron-fluorine" dual-element framework. By facilitating the mutual supply of materials and the resource-efficient utilization of by-products, we ensure seamless integration between our Boron-10 acid and fluoride product lines. Our offerings serve sectors including semiconductor ion implantation, composite materials for the nuclear industry, and pharmaceutical catalysis.
The company maintains a stable supply of inorganic fluorine products, including 1,000 tons/year each of high-purity electronic-grade potassium fluoride, magnesium fluoride, and lithium fluoride, as well as 600 tons/year of toothpaste-grade sodium fluoride. Additionally, we supply 300 tons/year of sodium trifluoromethanesulfinate and trifluoromethanesulfinic acid—products held as strategic raw materials for third-generation solid-state sodium-ion batteries.
Furthermore, the company provides a stable supply of organic fluorine products, including 3,500 tons/year of chlorotrifluoroethylene (CTFE) and 1,000 tons/year of octafluorocyclobutane (C318). Our downstream product portfolio derived from hexafluoropropylene includes the following OEM processing capacities: hexafluoropropylene oxide (300 tons/year), dimers (300 tons/year), trimers (300 tons/year), bisphenol AF (300 tons/year), perfluorohexanoic acid (300 tons/year), anionic surfactants (150 tons/year), and ethyl bromodifluoroacetate (300 tons/year).
Through over a decade of continuous innovation and development, Jiayuan has achieved a balanced growth trajectory across the entire fluorine chemical industry chain. By collaborating with upstream industry leaders on fluorspar mining operations in Myanmar, Inner Mongolia, and Liaoning, we have established a comprehensive fluorine chemical supply chain rooted in fluorspar.
