We have two manufacuring premises near Xiamen Port and Shanghai Port, both of which are very convenient for metal fabrication in all factors such as wheather, export, supply of material and technical supports.
The fabrication processes we can offer include laser cutting, bending, punching/stamping, welding, machining, assembling, as well as other ones such as roll forming, casting, forging, galvanizing, powder coating
Some of our fabrication & machining capacities are large and super large that few fabrication projects get disapppointed once inquiring to Openex, here listed are some key datas:
Over head crane tonnage over 250tons, max length and tonnage of bending machine over 18meters and 10,000tons, max CNC machine tools travel is up to 50mx8mx7m
Openex have delivered various kind of pressure vessels，machine frames，steel chassis，steel structures to USA，Canada，Japan，UK，European countries,Australia etc.

Openex even developed various kind of visual inspection machines to make sure that small metal parts with small size but large quantity can be check for 100% correct, compared to QC by human inspector, QC by visual inspection machine is far more relax, released, and trust worthy.
