Success Stories & Case Studies
Anonymous Italian engineering-plastic buyer; completed PETG CF20 commercial order
Commercial transaction documented with seller receipt of USD 2,272.40. The order record identifies PETG CF20 and international shipment handling under the stated delivery terms. No final application-performance claim is made.
Real export order evidence covering PETG CF20, full payment receipt, DDP terms and sea-freight handling. Customer-identifying information is redacted for confidentiality.
Anonymous reinforced-polypropylene development buyer; representative completed PP GF30 sample order
The paid PP GF30 trial order was completed for customer-side molding and part evaluation. The representative process reviewed stiffness, impact, shrinkage, warpage, color and molding conditions, then prepared the confirmed sample batch. No quantified part result is claimed without customer test data.
A 25 kg lot provides enough material for machine setup, tool filling and initial dimensional checks. Send the part drawing, load, temperature, chemical exposure, wall thickness and color target for a comparable formulation review.
Anonymous precision-component material buyer; representative completed PA12 sample order
The paid sample order was completed and delivered for customer validation. The representative process confirmed the PA12 request, sample quantity, color and packaging, then supplied grade documentation and basic processing guidance. No final production or field-performance result is claimed.
A 2 kg sample supports initial flow, dimensional and compatibility checks before committing to a larger trial. Provide temperature, fluid contact, pressure or load, dimensional tolerance and regulatory needs for grade screening.
Anonymous engineering-plastic processor; representative completed modified-PC sample order
The two-line PC order was completed and delivered for customer-side testing. The representative process separated stiffness and impact targets, reviewed drying and molded-in stress controls, confirmed sample labeling and prepared processing guidance for comparative trials. No production-volume or service-life claim is made.
Comparing reinforced PC and impact-modified PC in the same project helps the customer assess stiffness, impact margin, flow and molded-part stress. Similar projects should include temperature, impact, chemicals, wall thickness and appearance requirements.
Anonymous automotive and additive-manufacturing material buyer; representative completed mixed-polyamide order
The paid mixed-material order was completed and delivered. The representative process compared PA6 and PA12 against moisture, dimensional, impact and processing requirements, then prepared separate labeled samples for customer-side trials. No field-performance result is claimed without customer evidence.
A matched PA6 and PA12 sample set lets engineers compare materials under the same part geometry and service conditions. Send the drawing, process, moisture exposure and mechanical targets for a similar screening plan.
Anonymous injection-molding resin buyer; representative completed PBT GF20 sample order
The order was completed and delivered for customer-side validation. The representative process covered confirmation of the PBT GF20 request, temperature and dimensional needs, color and packaging, exact-grade documentation, drying guidance and molding-trial preparation. No production approval or certification result is claimed.
A 10 kg evaluation lot supports tool trials and dimensional checks before a larger order. For a comparable project, provide operating temperature, tolerance, electrical or flame requirements and expected chemical exposure.
Anonymous appliance and injection-molding material buyer; representative completed order
The paid order was completed for customer-side validation. The representative process covered PA6 GF30 confirmation, color and packaging review, test-method alignment, molding-window discussion and shipment preparation. Production approval and field performance are not claimed without customer evidence.
The larger trial quantity can support molding-window, dimensional and part-performance validation beyond a small laboratory sample. Send the part drawing, temperature, load, humidity and tolerance requirements for a comparable grade review.
Anonymous overseas engineering-plastic buyer; completed multi-grade polyamide sample order
A multi-grade sample package was prepared and delivered, allowing the buyer to compare PA6, PA66, PA11 and PA12 options before selecting the next development grade.
One transaction covered four polyamide families for efficient screening. Final material approval remains subject to the buyer’s molded-part and service-condition validation.
