Super Elastic & Flexible Waterproof Coating
Cement-Based Polymer Waterproof Coating for Concrete & Mortar
This cement-based polymer waterproof coating is designed for waterproofing concrete, mortar, and masonry structures. Ideal for absorptive surfaces in bathrooms (floors/walls), kitchens, balconies, and other wet areas requiring high elasticity and crack resistance.
Key Advantages
1.Eco-Friendly & Non-Toxic – Water-based, low VOC formula safe for indoor use.
2.Super Elastic Film – Exceptional crack resistance and flexibility for dynamic substrates.
3.Superior Waterproofing – High impermeability, alkali resistance, and water tolerance.
4.Breathable Design – Allows vapor transmission to prevent blistering while blocking water.
5.Fast Curing – Ready for next coat in 3–4 hours, reducing project downtime.
6.Easy Application – Simple mixing and brush/roller application on damp surfaces.
Application Guide
1. Substrate Preparation
Ensure substrates are solid, smooth, clean, and free of dust, oil, and loose debris.
Pre-wet substrates to maintain moisture (no standing water). Round internal/external corners for optimal coverage.bstrate Preparation
Ensure substrates are solid, smooth, clean, and free of dust, oil, and loose particles.
Pre-wet substrates thoroughly to maintain moisture, but no standing water is allowed.
2. Mixing
Follow package-labeled ratios for liquid and powder components.
Add liquid component to a mixing bucket first, then slowly pour in powder while stirring continuously for at least 5 minutes until lump-free.
Stir intermittently during use; use mixed slurry within 2–4 hours.
3.Application
Apply 2–3 coats with a brush or roller:
1st coat: Allow 3 hours to dry before applying 2nd coat (brush perpendicular to the first).
2nd coat: Allow 4 hours to dry before applying 3rd coat (brush perpendicular to the second).
Apply extra coats to corners, pipe roots, and joints.
Final cure time: 24 hours for full dryness.
4. Coverage
3–4kg/m² (for 1–2mm film thickness, varies by substrate smoothness).
5. Application Conditions
Apply at 5–35°C and <85% relative humidity.
6. Tool Cleaning
Clean tools immediately with water after use.
7.Curing Tips
Moisture Return Warning: Temporary moisture spots may appear in humid areas (e.g., basements) but will disappear after 10–15 days of curing.
Enhance curing by mist-spraying or covering with a damp cloth during days 1–3.
Storage
Store at 5–35°C in a cool, dry, clean place. Keep containers tightly sealed to prevent contamination.
Shelf life: Over 12 months when unopened and properly stored.
