1. The product is equipped with Siemens CNC system.
2. The overall layout adopts the integrated layout of machine, electricity and hydraulic to make the whole machine coordinated and consistent.
3. High rigidity and high stability:
* The machine tool is a mechanical, electrical and hydraulic integrated upright and inverted double spindle, double turret combination layout, with the advantages of compact structure, high rigidity, smooth chip removal and convenient operation; the guide type adopts roller guide, and the drive component adopts high-speed silent ball screw, which has the advantages of fast speed, less heat and high positioning accuracy; the machine tool is fully enclosed protection, automatic chip removal, automatic lubrication and automatic cooling.
* The overall bed structure adopts HT300 high-standard casting material, the processing area and the drive area are effectively separated, and the drive area is left with an oil receiving groove to reduce pollution. The casting has high rigidity and high stability after secondary aging treatment; the overall bed layout has the advantages of high rigidity, compact structure, smooth chip removal and convenient operation; the bed guide adopts roller guide, with small friction coefficient, fast moving speed and high positioning accuracy.
*Spindle: The structure of the double electric spindle with positive and inverted vertical position is compact, easy to install, reduces the intermediate transmission links, has the characteristics of high efficiency, low vibration, low noise, stable operation and long life.
*All the contact surfaces of the slide plate, spindle table, turret machine ball screw structure and base are manually scraped to achieve maximum assembly accuracy, structural rigidity and balanced load.
*Turret: High-reliability dual servo turret is adopted, with fast tool change speed and high reliability.
*Drive: All feed axis drives are driven by servo motors, high-speed silent ball screws, X\Z axes are directly connected by linear couplings, X axis moves fast, positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy are high; built-in absolute encoder, no cumulative error, no need to remember, no need to find reference points, and position information will not be lost after power is cut off.
*System: Siemens CNC system and AC longitudinal and transverse servo system are adopted, with reliable performance and constant linear speed cutting.
*Cooling water tank: adopts a large-capacity separated rear-discharge design, located at the bottom of the machine tool, combined with a rear-mounted chip collection box, which can reduce the equipment footprint and facilitate maintenance. Three filtering measures to improve the life of the water pump and the cleanliness of the water outlet, and the oil-water separation device prevents the lubricating oil of the screw and guide rail from contaminating the cutting fluid. Equipped with a chip collection bucket trolley.
*The equipment working area and feed area use stainless steel telescopic protective covers to prevent iron chips and cutting fluid from entering the slider, screw, and guide rail.
*Chip removal method: The rear-discharge chip conveyor is located on both sides of the upright spindle. The production line can be configured with a central chip conveyor.
*Constant temperature cooling system: The control system uses a liquid crystal Chinese-English conversion computer controller, which is simple and intuitive to operate, and has two control modes: "fixed temperature" and "room temperature synchronization". Effectively suppress the spindle from affecting the processing accuracy due to oil temperature changes.
4. High precision and high dynamic response:
*The guide rail adopts a four-directional equal-load heavy-duty roller guide rail. It meets the response speed while providing high rigidity.
* The spindle is supported at two points, with a high-precision angular contact ball bearing at the front end and a double-row cylindrical roller bearing at the rear end.
* The motor and the lead screw are connected by a diaphragm clamping coupling.
5. High efficiency:
* The maximum spindle speed is 2000rpm, the Z axis is 24m/min, and the X axis is 24m/min.
