Application Guidelines
1. Substrate Preparation
New Surfaces: Remove dust, grease, and contaminants; ensure surface is clean, dry, and smooth.
Old Surfaces: Strip off loose rust, old paint, and debris. Sand rough or damaged areas, then wipe clean. For rusted metal, fully remove rust before application.
2. Application Methods
Brush or spray application (spray for uniform, high-gloss finish).
3. Theoretical Coverage
8–10 m²/kg (based on 30μm dry film thickness).
Actual usage may vary depending on substrate roughness.
4. Recoating Time
Wait at least 24 hours for the first coat to dry completely before applying the second coat.
5. Dilution Instructions
Dilute with clean water only, with a maximum addition of 20% by volume relative to the main paint. Adjust water quantity until no visible brush marks or sagging occur during application. After mixing, stir thoroughly and let stand for at least 15 minutes to allow air bubbles generated during stirring to fully dissipate. Do not use contaminated water.

3.Storage & Handling
Store at 5–40°C in a dry, well-ventilated area. Protect from freezing (minimum 5°C during transport/storage).
4.Environmental Conditions
Apply at 10°C or higher and <85% relative humidity for optimal adhesion and drying.
5.Application Tips
Apply thin, even coats to avoid sagging; ensure uniform coverage with each layer.
Allow 7 days for full film cure – longer curing improves chemical and mechanical properties.
6.Tool Cleaning
Clean brushes/spray equipment immediately with water after use. Store leftover paint in a sealed container; filter through a 100-mesh screen if skin formation (gel-like film) occurs.
