This 1000 ton variant is part of our modular cold storage range. Other capacities available: 2000, 3000, 5000, 8000 tons. Insulation thickness (PIR-100mm or PIR-150mm) and temperature ranges (-5~+5°C or -18~-25°C) can be configured upon request.

Materials and Structure

Steel structure engineering with double-sided color steel insulation board (PIR). The panels provide excellent thermal performance and structural integrity. The building is designed for fast installation and long service life.

Suitable for food production and processing, preservation of fruits, vegetables, dairy, and other perishable goods. Also applicable for cold chain logistics and retail storage.

Customization

We offer EPC services including architectural and refrigeration drawings. Optional equipment: shelves, forklifts, generator sets. Third-party inspection (SGS) available. Payment via TT, delivery FOB/CIF/EXW. MOQ 500 tons.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ is 500 tons. Larger capacities can be built up to 8000 tons per project.

What is the construction time?

Based on our case reference, production takes 1 month, sea freight 1 month, on-site installation guidance about 2 months. Total around 4 months.

Which countries have you exported to?

Main markets include Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, South America. We have projects in Iraq, Libya, Malaysia, Russia, Saudi Arabia, etc.

What certifications do you hold?

Can I choose between R507a and R404A?

Yes, both refrigerants are available. R507a is standard for this variant, but R404A can be substituted upon request.
