This model is available with optional configurations based on your testing requirements. Options include enhanced temperature and humidity control, customized chamber dimensions, and additional safety features.
The inner chamber is made of SUS304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance. The outer casing is powder-coated carbon steel for durability. The chamber lid is transparent acrylic glass for easy inspection. The saturated air tank is also SUS304 stainless steel. The nozzles are Pyrex precision glass, designed to prevent salt crystallization blockage after 4000 hours of continuous operation.
This chamber is suitable for corrosion testing in automotive, aerospace, marine, electronics, metal materials, and coatings industries. It can test large components, assemblies, and materials under accelerated corrosive conditions.
We offer customization options for chamber dimensions, temperature and humidity ranges, spray systems, and control software to meet unique client requirements. Contact our team to discuss your specific needs.
Q: What is the maximum salt spray deposition rate? A: The deposition rate is adjustable from 1 to 3 mL/80cm²·h, averaged over at least 16 hours.
Q: Can the chamber maintain humidity during salt spray testing? A: Yes, the humidity can be controlled from 20%RH to 98%RH, allowing combined tests.
Q: What standards does this chamber comply with? A: It complies with ISO 9227, ASTM B117, GB/T 2423.17, GB/T 2423.18, and other international standards.
Q: What is the temperature uniformity inside the chamber? A: Temperature uniformity is ≤2°C under no load, steady state conditions.
Q: What is the power requirement for installation? A: The chamber requires AC380V ±10%, 50Hz, 3-phase 4-wire + grounding with a grounding resistance less than 4Ω.
Q: How many spray collectors are included? A: There are at least 4 spray collectors installed inside the chamber.
