Materials and Structure
The cylinder body is made of heavy-wall seamless steel tube or machined high-strength steel. The plunger/ram is crafted from high-strength alloy steel with a hard-chrome-plated surface for wear resistance. Cylinder head and base are machined from high-strength steel or ductile iron. Seals include high-pressure polyurethane and PTFE composite, with heavy-duty polyurethane wipers for contamination resistance.
