This Nitinol plate is manufactured in accordance with ASTM F2063 standard, with nickel content between 54.5% and 57.0% and titanium balancing. The plate is available in thicknesses from 0.5mm to 10mm and is supplied with a bright polished surface finish. Its transformation temperature (Af) can be customized to specific ranges including -20°C to 40°C, 45°C to 100°C, -5°C to 15°C, 0°C to -40°C, and Active Af 33°C±3°C, enabling both superelastic and shape memory behavior for diverse industrial and medical applications.

The plate is made from a Nickel-Titanium alloy with nickel content between 54.5% and 57.0% and titanium balance. This composition gives the material its characteristic superelasticity (up to 8% recoverable strain) and shape memory effect. The homogeneous microstructure ensures fatigue resistance and reliability in repeated deformation cycles, as required in medical and robotics applications.

Additional processing such as laser cutting, vacuum heat treatment, and electrochemical polishing can be coordinated based on project needs. Special requirements include Af tolerance ±10°C, grain size no less than Grade 4, and full traceability.
