Fuel tank coating lines can be configured with different pretreatments (spray or immersion), various curing oven capacities, and either single or dual robotic cells. Options are available to accommodate different tank sizes and production scales.
The main frame is built from carbon steel for structural integrity, while the paint booth and piping are made of stainless steel to resist corrosion and simplify cleaning. The curing oven features high-efficiency insulation to reduce energy consumption.
Primarily designed for coating fuel tanks used in automobiles and other vehicles. The line is also suitable for other large plastic components such as water tanks, industrial containers, and similar parts.
We offer end-to-end customization, from factory layout design to equipment specification and installation. Our team can integrate the line with your existing MES system for production tracking.
