BDMAEE is a water-white liquid tertiary amine catalyst with a purity ≥98% (GC). It is designed for polyurethane applications, particularly in flexible and rigid foam systems, where it promotes balanced urea and urethane reactions. Its low viscosity (3.8 mPa·s at 25°C) ensures easy handling and precise metering in automated dispensing lines. BDMAEE is synthesized from DMAE (CAS 108-01-0), featuring an ether bond that enhances its catalytic activity. The presence of tertiary amine groups and an ether bridge provides an excellent balance for polyurethane reactions.
