The BHP-II model from our hydrogenation purification nitrogen generator equipment series is designed for processes where even trace hydrogen must be eliminated. It achieves a residual hydrogen content of ≤5ppm while maintaining nitrogen purity ≥99.9995% and dew point ≤-60℃. This model is especially suited for optical fiber preform sintering and specialized glass melting where gas purity is critical.

The BHP-II is part of the BHP Series, available in the same output range as BHP-Ⅰ but with a fixed low hydrogen residual. Also, optional DCS communication interface is available for integration.
Available in carbon steel or SS304, the equipment is designed for durability in industrial environments.
Centralized monitoring for equipment like PSA nitrogen and hydrogen production is available; DCS communication interface can be added as an option.
