The CA series continuous asphalt mixture mixing equipment is a mechanical device for continuous production and mixing of various asphalt mixtures, mainly used in highway, urban road, airport, dock, parking lot, freight yard and other engineering departments. The equipment features advanced technology, reasonable structure, compact layout. The machine is flexible to move, convenient for construction, and saves handling costs. With accurate ratio, high production efficiency, low energy consumption, and less environmental pollution, it has passed the identification by the Ministry of Communications road machinery testing center, and its performance fully complies with industry standards.
It is mainly composed of an aggregate batching system, drying mixing system, asphalt supply system, dust removal system, finished material lifting system, finished material bin, and electrical control system. The batching bucket, belt feeder, and aggregate belt feeder of the aggregate batching system form one mobile unit. The drying mixing system is another moving unit. The unit chassis is equipped with a drag turntable, tires, and a brake system, allowing it to move freely under power traction.
