Feature

Produces high output force within a compact installation envelope. Short-stroke construction reduces total cylinder length and required machine space. Large-bore configurations provide high pushing force at conventional hydraulic pressure. Single-acting and double-acting versions are available. Round, square and block-type body configurations support different machine layouts. Optional threaded-body installation simplifies mounting in compact fixtures. Optional mechanical locking provides load support during maintenance or extended holding periods. Optional spring return is available for simple single-acting applications. Integrated valve blocks reduce external piping and installation space. Optional anti-rotation structures improve tool and fixture alignment. High-load guide rings support repeated short-stroke operation. Custom push plates, rod ends and tool interfaces can connect directly to customer equipment. Pressure, leakage and full-stroke testing are completed before shipment.
