Piston-rod buckling and deflection can be evaluated for long unsupported lengths. Guiding length and wear-ring configuration can be optimized to improve stability during extension. Optional spherical bearings accommodate limited angular movement between equipment mounting points. Optional end-of-stroke cushioning reduces impact during long and high-speed movements. Optional position sensing provides continuous stroke feedback for automated equipment. Port size and hydraulic flow can be matched to the required extension and retraction time. Single-acting and double-acting configurations are available for different motion-control requirements. Custom port orientations support hose routing throughout the complete equipment movement.
