Feature

Provides real-time cylinder-stroke feedback for precise motion control. Available with continuous-position feedback or simple end-of-stroke sensing. Absolute-position sensor options can retain valid position information after power interruption. Analog and digital outputs can be matched to PLC, ECU and industrial motion-control systems. Internal sensor integration protects the sensing element from external mechanical damage. Optional sealed connectors and cables support mobile and outdoor equipment. Position feedback enables automated stopping, speed reduction and movement sequencing. The sensor measuring range can be matched to the cylinder’s full effective stroke. Optional redundant sensing can be designed for critical equipment after engineering review. Pressure, leakage and sensor signals can be tested together before shipment. Wiring diagrams and sensor documentation simplify OEM equipment integration. Custom mounting, pressure, stroke, communication output and environmental protection are available.
