The dual-cabin configuration shown on this page, with separate upper and lower compartments and embedded automatic doors.
Multi-charging pile standby (one robot across multiple piles, or multiple robots across multiple piles), plus elevator-control equipment and HDOS / intelligent container integration.
The body uses eco-friendly ABS with a transparent PC cabin, finished with an antibacterial coating for shared indoor environments. Rubber wheels support stable travel on carpet, marble and wooden floors, and the embedded automatic doors on both compartments open and close without manual handling.
The robot is suited to hotels, office buildings, business centers and hospitals for indoor logistics. Typical hotel use covers room, front-desk and restaurant delivery of takeaway, amenities, food and beverage, combined with automatic elevator calling. It supports straight entry and exit in narrow elevators without turning around.
Elevator-control deployment requires an on-site survey covering 4G signal, control box location, terminal specifications and photos of the button-side and mainboard-side terminals. The user coordinates with the elevator manufacturer or third-party maintenance personnel; elevator-control deployment is treated as routine maintenance and does not require mandatory inspection.

What is the load capacity of this delivery robot?
Load capacity is listed as 15 kg on the PPT and 25-30 kg in the brochure. Please confirm your specific payload requirement with our team before ordering.
How does the elevator control work?
Integrated elevator-control equipment allows the robot to call and control elevators so it can reach different floors. An on-site survey is required to confirm 4G signal, control box location and terminal specifications.
What is the battery life and charging time?
Battery life is 10 hours or more, with an 8-hour charging time. Multi-pile standby supports continuous operation.
Can it fit into small elevators and narrow corridors?
The robot supports a minimum passage width of 55 cm and straight entry and exit in narrow elevators without turning around.
How do guests collect their deliveries?
Pickup is supported through fingerprint, voice and QR code or pickup code verification for controlled, contactless handover.
What floors and surfaces can it operate on?
It is designed for indoor use on carpet, marble and wooden floors and can handle 25 mm obstacles, 40 mm ditches and 13° slopes.
