This variant is DN100/90°/R180. Other options include DN125 and DN150, angles 45°, 30°, 15°, and bend radii R190.5 and R275.
The double-layer construction consists of a quenched inner wall for wear resistance and an outer layer for structural integrity. The inner wall undergoes heat treatment to achieve HRC 58-62 hardness.
Specifically designed for high-rise building concrete pumping where wear resistance and reliability are critical. Also suitable for medium-pressure continuous operation (8-12h/day).
We offer customization in diameter, angle, bend radius, and surface treatment. MOQ: 1 piece (sample order available). Delivery: FOB/CIF/EXW.
A construction company used 50 units of our DN100 double-layer elbows in a high-rise building project. After 3 years of continuous use, the elbows showed stable operation with 30% longer lifespan compared to standard elbows.
