The HZS60G concrete batching plant delivers a theoretical output of 60 m³/h, powered by a 1000L twin-shaft forced mixer (2×22kW) that ensures homogeneous, high-efficiency mixing, with a discharge height of ≥3.8m for direct loading into mixer trucks. It features four independent 10m³ aggregate bins with a 2.4m³ weighing hopper and anti-fall protection, achieving dosing accuracy of ±2% for aggregates and ±1% for cement, water and admixtures. The 650mm inclined belt conveyor comes with a rain cover and double-sided walkways for all-weather operation and easy maintenance. Core components are sourced from top-tier brands—Keli/Meidia load cells, AirTAC cylinders and SICOMA pneumatic butterfly valves—ensuring reliable performance and long service life. With fully automatic PLC control and UPS backup, one operator can manage recipes, production and reports with ease, making the HZS60G a cost-effective solution for both commercial concrete supply and on-site project use.
