Peroxide-curing HTV/HCR silicone base compound developed for compression molding. 50 Shore A hardness with high elongation and balanced mechanical properties. Elongation at break of at least 700% and tensile strength of at least 7.0 MPa. Good processability for flexible molds, bakeware components, gaskets and other compression-molded products. Supplied without pigment or curing agent, allowing customers to select suitable colors and optimize the curing system for their production requirements. Milky-white to slightly yellow appearance provides a flexible base for further formulation. Supporting third-party test documentation according to US FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 is available upon request. Standard 20 kg carton packaging supports convenient handling, storage and production planning.
