JINGYE Fittings supplies ISO 16028 Flat Face Hydraulic Quick Couplings for mobile and industrial hydraulic systems requiring clean, low-spillage connection. The JY-FF series includes male plugs and female sockets with flush-face shutoff valves and push-to-connect locking.

1. Seven Sizes and 14 Male/Female Models
The 1/4"–2" range covers JY-FF-02, 03, 04, 08, 10, 12 and 16, each offered as P (male plug/nipple) and S (female socket/coupler): JY-FF-02-P/S, 03-P/S, 04-P/S, 08-P/S, 10-P/S, 12-P/S and 16-P/S. The seven sizes are 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/2" and 2". Mating interface size and port thread are specified separately.
2. ISO 16028 Flat Face Interface
The series uses ISO 16028 flush-face hydraulic quick-coupling mating geometry. Controlled male nose, locking groove, socket bore and sealing-face dimensions support interchangeability with dimensionally compatible ISO 16028 counterparts. Pressure, seals and flow capabilities remain dependent on each configuration.
3. Low Spillage and Contamination Control
Flush-face valves close automatically on both halves when disconnected. Smooth, exposed mating faces are easy to wipe clean, limiting dirt entry, air inclusion and hydraulic oil loss compared with conventional protruding poppet connections. Dust caps and plugs support cleanliness during storage and maintenance.
4. Push-to-Connect Sleeve Locking
The male plug enters the female socket and is retained by hardened locking balls and a spring-loaded sleeve. Controlled sleeve travel, ball engagement and valve stroke support repeatable connection. Optional sleeve safety locks improve retention. The standard JY-FF series is intended for depressurized connection and disconnection; CUP residual-pressure connection is a separate product range.
5. Size-Specific Pressure Performance
Working-pressure engineering references for 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/2" and 2" are 345, 300, 300, 250, 250, 207 and 207 bar respectively. These are comparative reference values, not certified ratings for every JY-FF model. Proof pressure, burst strength, impulse durability and allowable operating temperature are evaluated by size and assembly.
6. Hydraulic Flow and Pressure Drop
Reference flow values by the same size order are 11.4, 22.7, 45.4, 75.7, 106, 302.8 and 378.5 L/min. Actual flow capacity and pressure loss depend on fluid viscosity, valve opening, internal bore and flow direction. Size-specific pressure-drop curves help select couplings for hydraulic circuit efficiency.
7. Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Seals
Precision CNC-machined carbon steel bodies and sleeves provide mechanical strength. Stainless steel 304, 316 and 316L options support suitable corrosion-sensitive applications. Hardened valve and locking components, spring steel or stainless springs, and NBR seals support hydraulic service; FKM and EPDM options depend on fluid compatibility. Carbon steel receives trivalent chromium zinc plating, 8–12 μm, with enhanced coatings available.
8. Port Connections and System Integration
BSPP, BSPT, NPT, SAE ORB and selected metric ports connect JY-FF halves to hoses, manifolds, valves, hydraulic power units and attachments. Coupling body size and threaded port size are ordered independently. Male plugs, female sockets and matched sets support OEM installation and replacement sourcing.
9. Precision Manufacturing and Quality Testing
Inspection covers ISO mating dimensions, male groove, female locking-ball engagement, valve stroke, thread gauges, sealing surfaces, coating thickness and assembly cleanliness. Functional checks include leakage, mating fit, connection cycles, pressure drop, proof/burst pressure and impulse testing as specified.
